Lindy Hop Intensive Weekend

Over two intensive days, you can take your skills to the next level – with professional instruction from Frenschi & Walter from Munich, plus a swinging party on Saturday. Each Intensive Weekend (Traininslager) focuses on a specific theme and covers topics including:
- Technique – Solid basics for greater expression and precision
- Musicality – Dancing in harmony with the music
- Lead & Follow Tips – Individual tricks for both roles
- Social Dance – More fun and flow on the dance floor

Topic on the 20th/21st June: Swingout 🫶
The swingout is not just a figure that you dance, but in our opinion the move that defines swing and Lindy Hop: almost endless possibilities, creativity and personality. With an understanding of the origins and history of swingouts, we want to work with you to discover different ideas both as leaders and as followers and to be creative and yourself.

On Saturday evening you can enjoy a lively social dance with live music by Chicago Swing Collective from Zurich.
